Motivation Monday: Week Two

Well, last week went extremely well. I actually enjoyed running again. I had tons of energy, slept very well, and enjoyed the effects of a suppressed appetite. It felt amazing to be taking care of myself again. Instead of feeling sluggish and upset at my lack of motivation, I felt proud of myself again.

This week I will up the ante a bit:

Monday: Run 2min/walk 2 min (5X)

Wednesday: Run 3/Walk 2 min (5x)

Friday: Run 2min/Walk 2 min (4x)
