What I Miss: Fried Food
Overview: Exercising was really easy for me this week. I'm the weirdo who actually enjoys a sweat! Sadly, I don't always balance it with healthy eating options. I did really well until this weekend. Friday I indulged in a few chips and an ice cream cone. Saturday was my free day, and I was sorta out of control...ha! Lets just say there was a burger, some tater tots, pizza and a toaster strudel!! Oh well, 5 1/2 good days is better than what I had been doing! It's one of those things you just have to take ONE day at a time!!
P.S. If you are wondering why I starred (*) the weight, I'm still too embarrassed to share.
Way to go girl! 5 lbs is a ton! I know when I used to give myself "free days" it could turn into a nightmare. So one thing that helped is I would let myself eat anything, but only 4 bites if it wasnt my main meal or splurge.
