I'm on a personal quest to become the Biggest Loser, so here are a few bullet points from my first month's journey:
1. I have lost 5 lbs!!
2. This was my goal.
3. Nonetheless, I wish it was coming off faster.
4. Week days are going smoothly.
5. Weekends kick my butt!
6. I need some motivation.
7. So, I'm going to start watching Biggest Loser.
8. I'm also going to work on more control for the weekends.
9. I'm also memorizing scripture.
