What I Miss: Not much this week.








Overview: This week was interesting for me because I really lost a lot of motivation. I have been super busy at work, I've had company, and Eli has been clingy. Needless to say, eating healthy has been hard. Plus, a few of my Weight Watcher Recipes were a flop which meant I had to improvise, like last night when a burrito was LITERALLY the only option.

The good news is that I have successfully worked my weight lifting reps up to three sets of twelve. I have also gotten my walking mile down to 15 minutes, and my mile on the Elliptical is consistently 13.30!! Here's to hoping my workout success continues and my motivation returns!!
