What I Miss: My anniversary chocolate! Eric was so sweet and bought me mints and gum instead...what a PRINCE!!
Overview: This week was a little more challenging than the first two because of traveling. I wanted to eat huge, greasy meals when we ate out, but knew I would regret it. Instead, I used my "flex points" to stay within my healthy range. It all worked out, and I am so grateful for the challenge because I feel ready to take on the world...or at least my next five pound..ha!
