Doctor, Voting, And The Park

Today was an insanely busy day around the Watson home! After work I went for a quick walk before picking Eli up from daycare early for a doctor's appointment. While in route to daycare, my gas light came on, so I pulled into the nearest service station only to remember that my debit card is missing...rrh!

I said a quick prayer that I would make it to the grocery store where I could buy a bottled water and get cash back for gas. Needless to say, we were late getting to the appointment.

Eli had a wonderful check up...PRAISE THE LORD! He is healthy, active, and has an "impressive vocabulary." Which make this momma who talks for a living quite proud!!

After we left the office we had to exercise our civic duty at the polls. I am so thankful to live in a country with so many rights and freedoms!

To celebrate our productive day, we finished with a trip to the park...

It could very well be the last day PERFECT WEATHER this season, so I hated to leave. Nonetheless, there was dinner to be cooked, a house to be cleaned, and husband to greet. I am so thankful for my little family and this blessed season of our lives!
