The below picture has absolutely no significances to this post, but I took it at my station Thursday as I stood in awe of the most beautiful morning from our Creator.
As for the weekend we loaded up and headed to Marion to celebrate Grandad and Colby's birthdays. Friday night we hung out around the house, and Saturday morning I went shopping with my mother-in-law and sister- in-law.
Saturday night we ate at a local Italian restaurant where we had the entire upstairs to ourselves. Eli particuarly enjoyed playing pool.

I think Eli missed the memo about a picture!
He did not, however, miss out on the cake...ha!
Sunday was pretty much spent playing outside. It was a joy for me to watch him play in the leaves since we don't have any trees and this was the first chance he had to jump in them!
Sunday afternoon we met Landon, Eli's newest cousin. My sweet boy wasn't quite ready to leave, so it was a little stressful getting on the road. But we made it home just in time for a quick movie a bed!!
