Overview: This week hasn't been my finest week on this weight loss journey. Actually, it's been my worst! It all started last Wednesday when I had a decent workout. It wasn't the best, but I wasn't alarmed because everyone has an occasional bad day. Fast forward to Thursday when I develop a cold that leaves me unable to workout through Monday. That was five days away from the gym, three of which were spent sleeping! Mix in Halloween and you have a terrible combination.
No worries though. I hit the gym on Tuesday and weighed this morning. I was back down 1.5 lbs, but I wanted to record my official weigh-in weight above. So my routine has resumed, the candy is gone from the house, and I added new intensity to the November gym session. Give me a week, and I'll be back where I should be!!
