Ya'll, I had a rough run today. By the time I made it to the one mile mark (which took entirely too long) I decided to stop, lift weights and then go back.
My weight training went smoothly, so I was hoping things would shape up when I got back on the treadmill. Not the case. I wanted to heed the below advice:
But sometimes your body is trying to tell you something. So, I called it a day. I'm hoping tomorrow's run will go much better.
