Family Pictures

I always get a little sentimental this time of year and start going through old pictures, and usually you get to witness this trip down memory lane with a look at Thanksgivings past.  Now, before you breath a giant sigh of relief, I'm not letting you off the hook completely.

Instead I'm showing you a few of our family portraits from years past.  The reason is two fold.  One - I want to reminisce.  Two - my cousin is doing our pictures this weekend and I want to make sure we do something fresh!!

My goodness how we've changes.  I look older, Eli looks bigger and Eric, well, Eric never seems to change. By the way, this was taken in March 2010.

This was taken only a few months later in August 2010, but I think the sunlight did wonders for me!  Ha! It's still one of my favorites!

Finally, we come to September 2011, and I just can't believe what a difference a year makes.  Eli looks so much more grown up!

As I mentioned, this weekend my cousin will once again share her talents with us!  We couldn't be more excited.  She is so good with Eli, and it makes all the difference in the world when trying to get a good shot or two.  

As for colors this year, I'm thinking red and black.  Maybe it's because I'm in the holiday spirit, or maybe it's because between WKU and UL that's about all the colors Eli and Eric have to their wardrobes. Ha!  Either way, I know they'll be great because Heather is so wonderful.

P.S. This will be our last family portrait as a clan of three.  Sigh!!
