Well ya'll, I've been doing pretty well in the whole "exercise and eat healthy" department. However, I'm not losing weight. Can someone please explain that to me? Really...please!
I'm not too worried about it. As my grandmother always says, "In due time, In due time." Actually it might be "do" time. I'm no grammar Nazi, but I think you get the point.
I was feeling extra motivated after seeing all the Miss Kentucky pictures this week, but today I'm just sort of deflated. Eli is gone to visit family and Ellie is sleeping much, much better. However, I'm dragging. I think the past two weeks are catching up with me.
All of that to say, that I'm gonna skip the run and get a little rest. I think it will do me some good. Plus, with only one kid at home, I might actually get a short workout in tonight.
