Motivation Monday

Well, I don't have a lot to report on this week.  I didn't lose weight, but I didn't gain any either.  Considering my gym was closed half of the week, and there was a holiday thrown in there, I'll take it!


A few weeks ago I downloaded an app called "Lose It."  I had done a Google search for weight loss apps, and this one was at the top.  I know a lot of you use "Fitness Pal," but for me, this one is much more user friendly.

Anyway, I downloaded it a while back but never took the time to use it.  I started working with it over the weekend, and I'm in love!  I had no idea how much I was eating.  It's crazy!!!
